Beliefs can be Changed

Beliefs are just thoughts that we continue to think time and time again. They form a habit which we think we must have…to be who we think we are.

But they are just thoughts... and if they no longer support our greater good…we need to start thinking new thoughts…to form a new habit!

I’m not saying that it is easy…but it can be done.

Just as we can change other habits…what we eat, exercise, speech…and so on…we can alter the thoughts that make up our beliefs.

Each time you catch yourself thinking the non-self serving belief…the belief you wish to change…remind yourself.

“I now think this…”

or “Old me!”…eventually a new belief forms. We are ever evolving.

Consider what beliefs are no longer useful in your life… or even destructive…and start training your brain!
